The RSA, through its governing body, provides leadership by collaboratively setting standards and advocating for quality service delivery, and safety of our clients.

Individual employees of the RSA will be held accountable, in accordance with the RSA’s standards, for the care/services they provide. The RSA’s standards will continually reflect the client’s interests and needs.
